Clarice Cook
Clarice Cook is a graduate of Davenport College (University). Over her lifetime career in writing, Ms. Cook worked in the business and health fields. As a former office manager and Executive Administrative Assistant, she successfully developed business documents, recorded board minutes, articles, newsletters and brochures for various local businesses and government (City of Kalamazoo). Among her credits as a writer and publisher are two local 1990’s tabloids called, For Women, By Women and C.W. Fever. In that capacity, she interviewed local business executives, local music artist, such as Dave Caley, and international Country Western music stars, such as Tanya Tucker. As a professional caregiver for the elderly and developmentally disabled, Ms. Cook has also used her writing skills to help others record their life stories. She is trained in dementia care.
