Review of a Budget Cost Choice Motel
Cameron, Missouri is home to two great Choice motels for reasonable prices. Econo Lodge motel just off I-35, and highway 69, exit 54, provided a wonderful overnight stay for this writer.
The clerks and other staff were pleasant, helpful and made the stay enjoyable.
Easy to access wireless high speed Internet kept this writer in touch online.
Rooms have external access. The single queen bed room was smaller than some motel rooms, however, the room was attractive, spotless, and pest free.
The air conditioning kept the room cozy in the August heat, the refrigerator kept foods and drinks cold and the microwave was welcome for heating up snacks. The T.V. and remote worked well and the Internet was easy to access both inside and outdoors in the redwood Gazebo.
The pool was clean and safely surrounded by the redwood fencing and walkway connected to the Gazebo.
The simple continental breakfast offered two choices of cereal, donuts, bread for toasting, waffle mix for the waffle iron, milk, orange juice, apple juice, coffee and tea. Condiments of margarine, jellies and peanut butter were available, along with maple syrup for waffles.
A Higher End Choice Motel
Comfort Inns are among the higher end Choice Motels that offer internal entry to rooms.
In addition to high speed Internet, a table and desk chair can be provided for the vacationer needing to keep up with personal communication, writer, or business traveler.
A full size sofa bed and coffee table in a living room section offers added sleep options.
A microwave and refrigerator are also available and complimentary breakfast adds scrambled eggs, fresh fruit and choice of bacon or sausage to the same choices as offered in the lower budget motels.
Comfort Inns have an indoor pool and exercise room.

As a Choice Privilege member, travelers are entitled to rewards. Points earned for stays or travel points can be earned for airline partners or Amtrak Guest Rewards are earned for stays.
